Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, discusses five factors that get in the way of a team’s results. For this Express Training, we’ll be bringing back Melissa Cutcher to help us understand what those dysfunctions are, give us space to identify the ones that we may need to address personally and collectively, and engage us in a conversation about how we might turn those dysfunctions into healthy workplace characteristics.
