Microsoft Excel: Setting Page Layout

Helpful tools for viewing and printing your spreadsheet, including: Print Options, Print Preview, Page Breaks, and Page Layout Tools

Unlike Microsoft Word, what you see on the screen is not necessarily what you will see in printed format. In this session, we’ll learn how to set up your page so it looks as great printed as it does on the screen. Topics include: Print Preview, Print Settings, Margins, Orientation, Paper Size, Gridlines, Page Breaks, and Page Break Preview. These elements will apply to any version of Microsoft Office that you are using!

This is the fourth session in our Excel Fundamentals course but can be watched alone, if this is all you need right now.
